List submission and payment deadline: Thursday before the tournament at 11:59 PM GMT.
Round 1 pairings and army lists publication: By Sunday at 11:59 PM GMT.
Availability Requirements: To participate in the tournament, players are expected to have time in the European evening slots. Specifically, you must be available for at least 2 weekly slots in the 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM UK time range.
2. Tournament Schedule
Tournaments always start on Monday.
Each round starts on Monday and ends on Sunday at 11:59 PM GMT.
3. Pairings & Match Scheduling
Once the pairings are published, each player is responsible for contacting their opponent via Discord to agree on a date and time to play.
If players are unable to agree on a common time, they must contact an admin as soon as possible.
4. Playing the Match & Game Requirements
All matches must be played using one of the dedicated Discord voice channels.
If both players agree, they may use the GT map pack found in the tournament resources channel. Please note that in this case, the maps must be created manually on Warhall.
As stated in the tournament infopack, games are expected to:
Last approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes;
Consist of at least 5 game turns.
In case of rules doubts:
First consult the rulebook, FAQ, and eFIGA.
If no common solution is found, contact a Judge.
Judges can be tagged on the Discord server using the command @tournament judge.
5. Penalties
Late payment or late list submission will result in a Yellow Card.
Any error in the army list will result in:
A Yellow Card if discovered before the start of the round;
A Red Card for each game played with an illegal list if discovered afterward.
Chance Encounter – Special Rule
Once the map has been selected, but before deployment:
Move all terrain features located within the central circle so that they are outside of it.
Move them as little as possible and ensure they are at least 6" away from any other terrain feature. If necessary, try rotating them around their center.
If this is not possible without significantly moving the terrain features (e.g., on Map 2 and Map 3), reduce the size of the terrain feature in question.
If this would result in a terrain feature that is too small (less than 4" diagonally), remove that terrain feature.
